It can only be created by the Vampire.
This role has the ability to kill, but it is counted as a non-killing evil role rather than a kill-capable evil role.
This role’s vision works the same way as Nocturnal.
Vision is narrow under normal conditions, and becomes wider during a blackout.
When the creating Vampire dies, this role dies as well.
Like the Vampire, it does not appear correctly on Admin or Vitals, cannot use information devices, and cannot fix sabotages during a blackout.
