Team

Captures a target and drags them around for a set amount of time. If you press the kill button while carrying a captured target, you can kill them immediately.
If the capture duration expires, the target is automatically killed.
If a meeting starts while a target is captured, the target will be killed at the start of the meeting if the setting is ON. If it is OFF, the target will still be killed after the meeting ends as long as the Penguin is not ejected or killed during the meeting.

Name	Details
Capture Cooldown	Sets the wait time before the corresponding ability can be used again.
Capture Duration	Sets how long the target is dragged around.
Kill at Meeting Start	When ON, the target is killed as soon as a meeting starts while they are captured.
Can Use Normal Kill	When ON, the normal kill button can be used even when no target is captured.
