What Are In-Game Reports?
- This is a feature that lets you send questions, bug reports, requests, and more to the developers directly from within the game.
- Even after you send a report, you can continue communicating with the developers.

- Since the developers respond personally, replies may take some time. Thank you for your understanding.
How to Report
1. Press the Mail Icon
Click the mail icon shown in the main menu or in-game.
2. Choose the Type of Report
Based on what you want to report, select one of the following:
- Bug Report: A category for reporting issues/bugs. Operation logs needed to fix the problem will be sent automatically.
- Question: A category for asking about how to use features or how roles work.
- Request: A category for sending requests such as new features.
- Thanks: A category for sending appreciation to the developers. It makes their day.
- Other: A category for anything that doesn’t fit the above.
3. Enter the Report Details
Enter a title and message.
For Bug Reports, you’ll also need to enter details such as which map the issue occurred on.
4. Send
Press the Send button to submit it to the developers.
You can review the message you sent from your inbox.
If you receive a message from the developers, a red badge will appear on the mail icon.
