Nuuun
Faction
- Impostor team
Role Description
- Active ability: Nuuun
- Using the ability moves the elevator to the opposite side.
- If you use the ability while a crewmate is already on the elevator, you send the elevator back with the crewmate still inside.
Example Uses
- **Buy time by obstructing crewmates’ movement, delaying tasks and emergency meetings.**
- Trap crewmates.
- If you set the cooldown to 2.5 seconds, the ability becomes available again before the elevator reaches the other side.
- **If you use the ability every time the cooldown comes back while a crewmate is moving the elevator, you can trap them inside the elevator.**
- Trapped crewmates can’t take any actions at all.
- **Let’s all trap the crewmates together!**
- Not only the trapped crewmate, but everyone else also becomes unable to use the elevator.
- **Place the elevator on the opposite side of where crewmates want it.** - Leave the elevator on the right to prevent them from calling an emergency meeting. - Leave the elevator on the right to prevent them from fixing a Communications sabotage. - When a Collision Avoidance sabotage is active, move the elevator to interfere with repairs. - With cooldown settings that allow trapping, repeatedly activating it can also effectively lock down elevator usage entirely. - Crewmates may announce tasks and ask others to position the elevator for them; you can disrupt this strategy by moving the elevator.
- **Create noise in positional information by moving the elevator.** - People may “confirm” their position by stating where the elevator is, but the existence of a role that can move it reduces the reliability of that information. - Route spoofing - Fake your own route. - Create the impression that “someone” moved the elevator, effectively inventing a kill-capable person who doesn’t actually exist. - Shift the presumed route of the dead and the presumed body location, moving the Impostor team out of kill-range positions and putting crewmates into them.
