Jammer
Faction

Role Description
- Active ability: Jamming
- By using it on a Crewmate, you can make the target invisible.
- Crewmates who are invisible cannot tell that they have been made invisible.
- Impostor roles can see Crewmates made invisible by Jamming as semi-transparent.
- If an Impostor role is made invisible by Jamming, their own character will appear semi-transparent, allowing them to recognize that they are invisible.
- If an Impostor role is made invisible by Jamming, their own character will appear semi-transparent, allowing them to recognize that they are invisible.

- Whether Impostor roles can be targeted can be changed in the settings.
- About invisibility
- Invisible Crewmates do not appear on cameras.
- Invisible Crewmates do appear on Admin.
- Invisible Crewmates can still be targeted by abilities.
- If an invisible Crewmate is killed, their body becomes visible.

Role Design Intent
- By making others invisible, you can create inconsistencies in movement routes and cause confusion.
- From the Impostor Faction’s perspective
- You can fake movement routes by taking advantage of the fact that “a role capable of making players invisible exists.”
- If the ability can be used on Impostors, you can use it on your partner and have them perform kills or move around while taking advantage of being invisible.
- If an Impostor is made invisible by Jamming, they can recognize that they are invisible.
- This prevents situations where your partner is hindered because they failed to notice they were invisible.
- This prevents situations where your partner is hindered because they failed to notice they were invisible.
- If an Impostor is made invisible by Jamming, they can recognize that they are invisible.
- By using the ability on a Crewmate who is already under suspicion and removing visual sightings of them, you can make that suspicion even stronger.
- By using it on a Madmate, you can help them act in ways that benefit the Impostors.
- Madmates cannot recognize that they are invisible.
- If it becomes confirmed that they are invisible, the Jammer may be identified by checking who passed by them, but
since Madmates will not provide information that disadvantages the Impostors, the downside of using the ability is reduced. - Their movement route can become abnormal, allowing them to take up meeting time as well.
- From the Impostor Faction’s perspective
- From the Crewmate Faction’s perspective
- Even if someone is invisible, by comparing information, players can analyze the missing information caused by invisibility.
- This encourages more accurate analysis of movement routes and positions.
- If players figure out “who is invisible,” then they can identify the Jammer as someone who passed by that player, encouraging everyone to remember visual sightings.
- Even if someone is invisible, by comparing information, players can analyze the missing information caused by invisibility.
