- Whether you can target impostor roles can be changed via settings.
- About invisibility
- Invisible crewmates do not appear on cameras.
- Invisible crewmates do appear on Admin.

- If an invisible crewmate is killed, the body becomes visible.
Why this role matters
- By making others invisible, you can create inconsistencies in movement routes and cause confusion.
- **From the impostor team’s perspective**
- You can fake routes by leveraging the fact that “a role that can make people invisible exists.”
- When you’re allowed to use the ability on impostors, you can use it on your partner so they can take advantage of being invisible for kills and movement.
- If an impostor is made invisible by Jamming, they can tell they’re invisible.
- This prevents your partner from being hindered by not realizing they’re invisible.
- Using it on a crewmate who is already suspected and **removing visual confirmation can make suspicion even stronger**.
- Using it on a Madmate can enable them to play in a way that benefits impostors. - Madmates cannot tell that they are invisible. - If it becomes certain that someone is invisible, checking who they crossed paths with could identify the Jammer, but
**since Madmates won’t provide information that disadvantages impostors, the downside of using the ability is smaller**. - You can also create obviously abnormal movement routes and play in a way that eats up meeting time.
- **From the crewmate team’s perspective** - Even if someone is invisible, by combining information you can assess what information is missing due to invisibility. - **This encourages more accurate route and position analysis.** - If you figure out “who is invisible,” then **anyone they crossed paths with is likely the Jammer**, so it encourages players to pay attention to who they visually saw.
